Another batch of photographs from our Berlin trip. Yes, theres my Ampelmann bag with my notebook inside (too cool). I had to take the snap of all the bikes. Yes a lot of people have cars in Berlin but I would image that the trams/underground or bikes would be the top way to travel about the city. I dont think we walked down any road that didnt have a bike chained up somwehere!

We took a trip to the East Side Gallery (read about it here) It was really interesting walking along the wall, checking out all the different bits of art. Some of the sections were unspoilt.. others unfortunately had been defaced with graffiti. It was nice to see a variety of artists work though. We made sure we had a photo taken together infront of the infamous car through the wall painting.
When you got to the center of the 'gallery' There was a little souvinier shop where you could get your passport stamped with a checkpoint charlie stamp, Tom likes all things tack (ha) so we paid to get ours stamped! Who doesnt love a bit of tack while on holiday!
I still have some more photos to go through so look forward to another post! :-)

Much Love
