These are a few makeup items which I've been reaching for on a more regular basis recently. I'm trying to get into the habit of rotating what I use daily makeup wise, but the above are repeat offenders who find their way into my makeup bag fairly often!

After seeing this featured on Kates blog on numerous occasions I finally caved and purchased it back in the summer. It's got a great selection of neutral shades. You can create a subtle shimmery eye look for work and then vamp it up with some of the darker shades if you're going on a night out. There are even a couple of matte shades in there too so you've got something for everyone. It retails for £26 which I dont think is too bad. I've found it on ASOS, Which is always a bonus as they often have discount codes or free shipping to help justify your purchase a little more!

Again another blogger enabled purchase. Kat talked about this foundation in one of her videos, and me being me had to try it out. I was getting a bit bored of the dewy look so wanted something more matte. I originally planned to go back to EL double wear but after hearing Kat's thoughts and seeing the £5.99 price tag I thought I would give it a go. It's a liquid mousse foundation so some may not like it. I've found a little goes a long way, buffing it in using my Sigma F80 brush it blends in with my skin beautifully, I don't even need to use my powder after to set it!

Miss Sporty Liquid Concealer - Available from Superdrug
Now, this was an emergency purchase a couple of weeks ago. I hadn't been paid and needed a concealer & mascara. With £5 to my name I was on the search for something fairly cheap but did the job. Enter the Miss Sporty Liquid concealer for £2.99. If I compare it to my regularly repurchased Collection one, the consistency of the product is more of a liquid (the clue is in the name) however the coverage in my opinion is just as good. It works really well to cover any redness or darkness under my eyes! It's lasts really well and doesnt settle in any lines I have on my face! I'm fortunate enough not to have.

I'd seen these pencils popping up in YT videos and on blogs. So when I saw the shade Vanilla sky I thought I would get it to try. I've been using it in my waterline & inner corner to brighten my eyes a little & I have to say it works really well. It's a beautiful creamy pearl shade that also works fairly well as an eyeshadow base under powder eyeshadows. It's only £3.19, which is a fraction of the price compared to the offerings from other brands. I'd be tempted to look at the other shades in the range.

Which  products are current regulars in your makeup bag?

Much Love,
